There is a queen bed in main bedroom, a queen in guest room and 2 full sized beds in a 2nd guest room. The entire 3/2 interior space is private for your group's use only. The shared spaces are exterior spaces for the front patio slab, parking and the 2 back outdoor seating areas. Access is via an electronic lock. Guest will provide 4-6 digit code that will be used as access during their stay. I usually reach out on the 2nd day of booking just to ensure that everything is in order. Guests may reach out to me at any reasonable time and expect a prompt response.
