So close to the beach that you can smell the sea and hear the waves crashing. ON BEACH TIME is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath jewel renovated for guests. Home is 1250 sf of space (alternative to shrinking hotel room space) includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, screened patio, fenced private yard and a 1 car garage. Guests are required to complete/sign a rental agreement provided after booking. Primary booking party must be minimum 25 years old. This home is truly a wonderful space. It's serene and comfortable and I am always at peace here. I rise daily to catch the sunrise, stroll on the beach and do a little yoga to start the day. The residents are friendly (once they get to know who you are) otherwise, they are cautiously friendly and it is always quiet. Kids ride their bikes due to very little car traffic. In the early evenings, as often as possible, I walk to the fishing pier and catch the sunsets, usually a fellow visiting neighbor is there to fill you in on the area's history and folklore. John Anderson Dr, along the river is a lovely tree lined drive with gorgeous homes on both sides to admire. Access is via a 4 digit code, guests choice. Directions are best provided via email, which will need to be provided after booking. Guests will have access to the home via a chosen 4 digit code. No keys. Guests will have full access to the home and its amenities during the entire stay. At check out time, simply close doors, windows, throw out trash, take and extra look around to ensure you have all your personal items and exit thru the front door. Safe, friendly, very little car traffic, full time and seasonal residents. A car is a must in these parts. Theres plenty to explore, locally and within a 90 mile radius. Check out kayak rentals, fishing charters, golf, surfing other water sports, wildlife sightings, museums and other cultural events in the area. There's always something to do or do nothing at all. To the north visit Flagler Beach, a charming beach community. Great beach activity and dining spots. To the south is Daytona Beach and all its offering. Check out the new Tangers Outlet Mall, other shopping, restaurants, bars, more beach fun and of course, Daytona International Speedway is about a 15 minute drive away. Orlando and Jacksonville are both about an hour and a half away (different directions). And get to Ponce de Leon's famed discovery, St Augustine, the oldest town in the U S, about 45 minutes to the north.
